Vicki Israel is an artist/designer who creates symbolic works that express spiritual, mystical, and archetypal themes. Her 2-D products range from Illustration, Graphic Design, and Drawing while her 3-D products include Wearable Art and Sculpture. She is
a retired member of IATSE 891 Film Union and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital Art & Interactive Media from Emily Carr University.
Vicki is also a devoted educator and is currently an instructor at Emily Carr University in the Continuing Studies Department teaching drawing. She also teaches in both the Fashion Marketing and Makeup Departments at Blanche MacDonald Centre in Vancouver.
As an instructor Vicki is known as being a very warm, approachable positive teaching force who inspires and encourages her students. She exhibits a unique blend of creativity, intelligence, and individuality in all her endeavours whether it’s creating, instructing, or designing. Vicki is a contemporary modern individual with an upbeat pragmatic attitude and an inquisitive mind.
